RESERVATIONS

Reservation Instructions & Disclosures  

  • The Pearl Shreveport accepts reservation requests for parties of 2 - 12 by website only. *Please note booking & cancellation policy when submitting.*

  • We only accept a limited amount of reservations per day in an effort to keep some walk-in space available to accomodate all of our customers to the best of our ability.

  • We have less 6-12 persons tables available, therefore reservations for larger parties are strongly encouraged.

  • For information on reservations or private parties of 12 or more, please submit a request through our reservations system. The system will tell you that the reservation you are looking for is unavailable and ask if you would like to send a request. Please select "YES" & fill out your information and contact info and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Reservation requests may be sent through our website with a minimum of 24 hours in advance of requested time, depending on your party size.

  • Reservation Requests are sent to our manager team & will be approved by a manager once availability is confirmed. 

  • Accepted reservations will receive a confirmation text and/or email.

  • We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance for parties of 8 or less. Larger reservations we ask that you give us 48 hours notice, at minimum. *Both booking & cancellation policies are shown when booking/requesting a reservation.*

  • Reservation Requests are not considered confirmed until accepted & you receive a confirmation email from us. 

  • Reservations who do not check in with the Host desk by the designated reservation time will receive a text 5 min after their reserved time. You may reply to the text to let us know if you are running late.

  • An automated call is made to the phone number used for the reservation 10 min past the time of reservation as a last attempt to keep the reservation. 

  • Reservations will be forfeit after 15 min of no contact with the restaurant and considered a "no show" & charged accordingly.

  • Persons who make and receive a confirmed reservation and repeatedly “no show” without canceling prior to the allotted time will be refused for all future reservations.
