    Robert and Trudie Shaver

    Known for Shaver’s Crawfish & Catering, which they owned & operated for close to 30 years, Robert and Trudie are excited to bring a new oyster and seafood restaurant to the Shreveport area. Robert, who passed the Shaver’s baton to his brother years ago, is coming out of retirement to pursue his dream of opening a seafood restaurant.

    Robert & Trudie have always been hands-on owners and continue to do so with Taneia, their General Manager & Val, the Executive Chef, to create the atmosphere and experience they feel their customers will enjoy in an environment their employees can be proud of.
