Robert and Trudie Shaver - Owners
Known for Shaver’s Crawfish & Catering, which they owned & operated for close to 30 years, Robert and Trudie are excited to bring a new oyster and seafood restaurant to the Shreveport area. Robert, who passed the Shaver’s baton to his brother years ago, is coming out of retirement to pursue his dream of opening a seafood restaurant.
Robert & Trudie have always been hands-on owners and continue to do so. They feel it is of utmost importance to create an atmosphere and experience they feel their customers will enjoy in an environment their employees can be proud of.

Mallory Shirley - General Manager
Mallory brings big energy, strong hospitality experience, and a genuine love for people to The Pearl. As General Manager, she focuses on building a culture where the team feels supported and every guest feels welcome the moment they walk in.
She believes the best restaurants feel a little like home. A place where staff take pride in what they do and guests settle in like they belong.
Mallory leads with purpose, listens closely to guests, and puts her team first. She brings a bright smile with her every day for each person she sees. Her goal is simple: make sure The Pearl is a place where great food, good people, and real connection come together every day.
